Additionally, she demonstrates a keen commitment to alleviating the challenges faced by individuals dealing with headaches, migraine-related symptoms, and TMJ dysfunction. Her approach is holistic, aiming to provide support for those grappling with emotional and physical stress.

Kam's journey in the field of osteopathy began at the College of Osteopaths, Staffordshire University, where she earned her Bachelors in Osteopathy (BOst) and pursued advanced studies in Women’s Health with Prof. Renzo Molinari at the esteemed Molinari Institute of Health (MIH), obtaining her postgraduate diploma (PgDip WHO). With nearly a decade of experience, Kam is registered with The General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and founded Blossom Osteopathy in 2017.

Her career has taken her through various practices, ranging from Osteopathic and Chiropractic clinics to multidisciplinary settings and yoga studios. Kam has adeptly treated a diverse clientele, including infants, expectant mothers, complex health presentations and the elderly.

Her classical approach to treatment, with a keen emphasis on Cranial Osteopathy and Women’s Health, reflects her specialised expertise.

Collaborating with professionals sharing her holistic therapy philosophy has enriched Kam's practice. She skillfully incorporates classical techniques, such as soft tissue/myofascial release, muscle energy technique (MET), articulatory, cranial, visceral, and lymphatic drainage methods. By addressing the body as a whole and not merely focusing on symptoms, Kam endeavors to uncover the root cause, facilitating lasting changes and effective management.

Beyond Osteopathy, Kam's dedication to holistic wellness is evident in her integration of Mindfulness, Meditation, and Breathwork into her practice. Active in Reformer Pilates, yoga, and strength training, she embraces nature and travel, infusing a holistic approach into her Osteopathic practice. Recognising the interconnectedness of mind and body, Kam delves into clients' lifestyles to nurture the natural healing process, particularly acknowledging the role of the nervous system.
