Lisa Arthurs

TCR Physio's founder and Consultant Physiotherapist, Lisa Arthurs, has been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years with a career spanning 5 countries.

At TCR Physio, Lisa believes in treating the whole person, not just their injury. Each person is unique, and Lisa strives to provide a service as individual as each of her clients. Lisa utilises a unique combination of strength and conditioning alongside traditional physiotherapy to, not only, help her clients recover from injury, but to enable them to realise their performance goals. Alongside S&C Lisa harnesses the power of wearable tech to better understand her clients while utilising the data from wearables to tailor programming to match the specific needs of the individual in front of her.

Since 2022 Lisa has been focused on building TCR Physio into the highly respected health consultancy business it is today.

When Lisa isn't helping her clients reach their goals, she can be found in her local CrossFit gym, walking her mini-Dachshund, Fred, or travelling to see her family in Canada.

Marjolein Dutry van Haeften

Marjolein is a registered nutritionist, with a special interest in gut and hormonal health. Marjolein is passionate about influencing change in the approach to women’s health. Deconstructing the shame women feel about their bodies and their symptoms and educating on what is ‘normal’ so that they can push for further support if being dismissed by their medical practitioner.

Marjolein has been working in the health + wellness industry since 2015. After experiencing burnout in her twenties and going on to discover that long term symptoms that had been deemed insignificant by a previous doctor, were in fact a chronic health condition, Marjolein’s mission is to make sure that we all know that there is always another way to support your health and improve your symptoms if you want to.

Since qualifying as a nutritional therapist in 2018 Marjolein has helped 100s of people globally to transform their health and their relationships with food + their bodies through bespoke nutrition and lifestyle programs based on comprehensive lab testing.

Meet our team

Kam Bening - Osteopath & Shamanic Medicine Practitioner

Kam is an Osteopath and Shamanic Medicine Practitioner, specialising in Women’s and Pelvic Health. With over a decade of experience, she offers Cranial and Visceral Osteopathy to support women, babies/children, and men. In 2017, she founded Blossom Osteopathy to bridge Eastern and Western Medicine.

Kam has also gained further accreditation as a Guided Breath-work and Meditation Facilitator, Energy Healer, and Shamanic Medicine Practitioner.

Kam will be holding a Shamanic Womb Ceremony, where you'll delve into the profound realms of Shamanic Medicine - connecting with Earth’s energies, bringing the energy of the womb and heart as one, tapping into your inner wisdom of your womb. This will help strengthen your ability to listen to your inner voice/intuition, help you align you with your soul’s purpose, facilitating spiritual growth and healing. By the end of the session, you'll feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to embrace life with a renewed sense of calm.

Miriam Gruenwald - Somatic Practitioner & Feminine Embodiment Guide

Miriam is a certified somatic practitioner and feminine embodiment guide. It is her desire to support women in taking care of their Self; body, mind and soul.

Her focus is guiding women to uncover their true voice and finding pleasure in taking up great space in their full expression, (re)embracing their femininity, connecting with their body wisdom and innate worth and standing up for themselves and claiming what is rightfully theirs.

Specialized on pelvic bowl awakening and healing, we will use somatic tools and techniques to drop into the body to remember, release and reclaim. Together, we can release emotional tension, stress and trauma and tap into these deeper layers of our experience to restore balance to our body-mind connection and foster greater physical and emotional resilience.

Susie Piller - Sound Healer, Inner Voice Facilitator & Meditation Teacher

Susie is a certified Sound Healer, specialising in leading crystalline Sound Baths and Ceremonies across the globe, helping people restore balance in their bodies, as well as find and free their voice.

Susie is also a certified Inner Voice Facilitator and Meditation Teacher and leads a very intuitive life which helps her support her clients in doing the same, releasing the blocks to what is holding them back.

One of her favorite things about what she does is helping people de-condition themselves from all the “shoulds” and live more each day as the person they came here to be. If you want to stop trying to be more, do better or feel enough, then you’re in the right place. Susie will support the day retreat with soothing sound baths that will support you in connecting to your inner voice and regulating your nervous system. The magic of sound lies in that you don’t have to do anything to receive the benefits of the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls. After the session you will feel calm, loved, connected and held.
