Osteopathy

Osteopathy transcends mere techniques applied to the body; it embodies a comprehensive philosophy of health. At its core, this philosophy recognises that a healthy body inherently adapts to life’s varied demands to sustain a state of equilibrium, encompassing recovery from trauma. While the body possesses remarkable natural resources, there are instances where it requires external assistance. This is where Osteopathy becomes instrumental.

Cranial

Cranial Osteopathy is an extension of Osteopathic medicine that employs subtle and refined techniques to address the intricate connections within your body.

Visceral

Visceral osteopathy is a branch of osteopathic medicine that focuses on the internal organs’ health and function.

“Kam is an excellent osteopath. She takes the time to really understand your body and aches/pains. Each session she reassesses and does not take shortcuts. Her manner is very calming and it’s clear how much she cares about her patients. She has helped me enormously with back/neck pain and TMD. She always provides extra ideas of exercises etc that you can do to help improve your issues between sessions but is very realistic and not preachy at all. I had no idea how much good osteopathy can do for your body! I would strongly recommend Kam - it’s worth the trek even if you don’t live/work close by, she’s a wizard.”
