Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates is a specialised form of Pilates exercise that is tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of clients, particularly those with specific health conditions, injuries, or rehabilitation needs. It incorporates principles of traditional Pilates, such as controlled movements, breath control, and alignment. We provide personalised guidance and adjustments based on the client's condition. Clinical Pilates aims to improve core strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and overall body awareness while addressing specific health concerns and promoting safe and effective movement patterns.

Alexandra is a dedicated Clinical Pilates instructor based in London, where she brings her expertise to clients across the city. Alongside her passion for Pilates, she is also in the midst of completing her Osteopathy degree, with plans to graduate in the summer of 2025.

Having earned her qualification in Mat Pilates in 2016, Alexandra further enriched her expertise by training with the prestigious global provider, Polestar Pilates, in 2018. Since then, she has devoted herself to serving a diverse clientele, offering her services in private homes, online platforms, and esteemed clinics throughout the bustling capital.

Alexandra collaborates closely with Women's Health Specialists to support women on their journey through pregnancy and beyond, empowering them to engage with their bodies and cultivate inner strength through movement. She firmly believes that integrating exercise with Osteopathic treatment and education is pivotal in achieving enduring results.
In her downtime from teaching, Alexandra loves nothing more than venturing on treks with her beloved dog or getting lost in the pages of a good book.

“I started working with Alex when I was 6 weeks post partum. She kept me motivated to regain my core strength with her patience and professional knowledge. I would recommend her classes with confidence that she will do a great job! Furthermore, her knowledge of osteopathy always comes into play and makes the class feel a lot more holistic.”
