Soma Soul Sound Day Retreat

  • Brave Space Rumfordstraße 36 80469 Munich (map)

About the event

Join us for a transformative retreat day focusing on mind, body, and spirit. By immersing yourself into Somatic Embodiment practices, intuitive movement, crystal bowl sound healing and a Shamanic Womb Ceremony.

• Connect to other like minded people who are also interested in their healing journey and build a community of your tribe.

• Build a self care practice, whilst being held and supported as you take time out of your daily life.

• Reconnect to your womb as you move and engage in your pelvic bowl.

• Relax and bring harmony to your nervous system as you lower stress levels by engaging in more parasympathetic activities.

• Be nourished by a warming vegetation meal and snacks, including hot and cold beverages to fuel you.

The day retreat is held in english, german translation is available.

Meet our team

Kam Bening - Osteopath & Shamanic Medicine Practitioner

Kam is an Osteopath and Shamanic Medicine Practitioner, specialising in Women’s and Pelvic Health. With over a decade of experience, she offers Cranial and Visceral Osteopathy to support women, babies/children, and men. In 2017, she founded Blossom Osteopathy to bridge Eastern and Western Medicine.

Kam has also gained further accreditation as a Guided Breath-work and Meditation Facilitator, Energy Healer, and Shamanic Medicine Practitioner.

Kam will be holding a Shamanic Womb Ceremony, where you'll delve into the profound realms of Shamanic Medicine - connecting with Earth’s energies, bringing the energy of the womb and heart as one, tapping into your inner wisdom of your womb. This will help strengthen your ability to listen to your inner voice/intuition, help you align you with your soul’s purpose, facilitating spiritual growth and healing. By the end of the session, you'll feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to embrace life with a renewed sense of calm.

Miriam Gruenwald - Somatic Practitioner & Feminine Embodiment Guide

Miriam is a certified somatic practitioner and feminine embodiment guide. It is her desire to support women in taking care of their Self; body, mind and soul.

Her focus is guiding women to uncover their true voice and finding pleasure in taking up great space in their full expression, (re)embracing their femininity, connecting with their body wisdom and innate worth and standing up for themselves and claiming what is rightfully theirs.

Specialized on pelvic bowl awakening and healing, we will use somatic tools and techniques to drop into the body to remember, release and reclaim. Together, we can release emotional tension, stress and trauma and tap into these deeper layers of our experience to restore balance to our body-mind connection and foster greater physical and emotional resilience.

Susie Piller - Sound Healer, Inner Voice Facilitator & Meditation Teacher

Susie is a certified Sound Healer, specialising in leading crystalline Sound Baths and Ceremonies across the globe, helping people restore balance in their bodies, as well as find and free their voice.

Susie is also a certified Inner Voice Facilitator and Meditation Teacher and leads a very intuitive life which helps her support her clients in doing the same, releasing the blocks to what is holding them back.

One of her favorite things about what she does is helping people de-condition themselves from all the “shoulds” and live more each day as the person they came here to be. If you want to stop trying to be more, do better or feel enough, then you’re in the right place. Susie will support the day retreat with soothing sound baths that will support you in connecting to your inner voice and regulating your nervous system. The magic of sound lies in that you don’t have to do anything to receive the benefits of the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls. After the session you will feel calm, loved, connected and held.
